You will work alongside a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including X-Ray Technologists, Registered Nurses, and Front Office Specialists, in a fast-paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinic staff in established best practices for patient care, exemplifying positive behaviors and attitudes to enhance the patient experience.
• Oversee the accurate and timely completion of patient charts, ensuring information is meticulously recorded and communicated as necessary.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests while responsibly prescribing medications and educating patients on ongoing treatment for acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments and develop appropriate diagnoses based on patients’ histories, physical findings, and diagnostic information.
• Implement clinical protocols in collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer and Supervising Physicians while adhering to state and federal regulations, including HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform therapeutic procedures, such as incision and drainage, wound care, and managing infections, with proficiency and care.
• Foster a positive and supportive work atmosphere by maintaining respectful interactions with all clients and staff.
• Embrace other responsibilities and duties as assigned by management to ensure the overall success of the practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will interact with a diverse patient population, providing care across various demographics. Whether treating patients with chronic health conditions or addressing acute concerns, you will play a critical role in improving health outcomes through personalized and culturally competent care. You will also consult with patients via virtual channels, expanding your reach and enhancing patient access to healthcare.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required.
• Current and valid Family Nurse Practitioner license compliant with state laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain positive relationships with colleagues, patients, and their families.
• Proficient in maintaining workflow in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality medical care.
• Experience with telehealth practices is preferred and the ability to consult with patients through digital communication channels.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of working experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or in a similar clinical setting.
• Demonstrated history of leading clinical projects or teams is advantageous.
• Experience in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures relevant to primary care.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 125,000 to 140,000 per year, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with paid time off (PTO) and holiday pay.
