Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations.
• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare team members.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Prescribe medications and develop therapeutic interventions tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients and their families regarding disease management, medication adherence, and strategies for continued care post-discharge.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and actively participate in patient care discussions, emphasizing teamwork.
• Maintain meticulous electronic medical records, documenting all patient interactions and care plans in compliance with hospital protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the evolution of clinical guidelines based on the latest evidence.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to USD 220,000 per year, which is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
