Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult patients, including obtaining detailed medical histories, performing focused physical examinations, and utilizing diagnostic tests to inform clinical decisions.
• Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic conditions, working closely with physicians and specialists to develop cohesive care strategies.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, making evidence-based decisions that align with patient preferences and lifestyle considerations.
• Prescribe medications and therapies, actively monitoring and adjusting treatment protocols to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required.
• An active, unrestricted nursing license in the state of Florida.

Compensation and Benefits
