Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team in Jacksonville, Florida. In this full-time, onsite role, you will play a pivotal part in providing exceptional healthcare to patients in a fast-paced surgical center environment. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and accurately review medical histories to inform your diagnostic process.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays, leveraging the results to guide treatment decisions.
• Diagnose and manage acute health conditions, tailoring treatment plans to individual patient needs and circumstances.
• Develop and initiate treatment plans for chronic diseases, ensuring continuity of care for ongoing health conditions.
• Prescribe medications as necessary and monitor their effectiveness, making adjustments when required to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventative care strategies, fostering a culture of health literacy.
• Maintain an active role in promoting overall patient health and wellness through advocacy and education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with medical advances and participating in organizational research initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily serve patients presenting with urgent health needs, providing care for a diverse demographic in Jacksonville, Florida. This role requires not only clinical skills but also a compassionate approach to address the unique concerns of each patient, supporting them through times of illness or injury.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Valid Florida State Physician Assistant license (PA-C) and DEA number are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards for patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Demonstrated ethical values and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience as a Physician Assistant in a clinic, hospital, ER, or urgent care setting.
• Expertise in both primary care and acute care practices is highly valued.
• Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 140,000–180,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
