Operations Coordinator

Behind every successful installation and service call is a team that keeps schedules on track, customers informed, and technicians set up for success. We're looking for an organized, customer-focused Operations Coordinator who enjoys solving problems, staying one step ahead, and keeping multiple priorities moving. What You'll Do • Coordinate daily schedules for service technicians and installation crews • Dispatch technicians based on priority, location, and availability • Answer customer calls and emails while providing exceptional customer service • Create service, installation, and warranty work orders • Process customer payments and assist with invoicing • Follow up on estimates, proposals, and customer inquiries • Maintain accurate customer records and dispatch documentation • Monitor job progress and communicate scheduling changes with customers and technicians • Maintain inventory levels and order parts and materials as needed • Assist with monthly inventory counts and operational reporting • Support office operations and provide backup for Customer Service and Dispatch during busy periods or team absences

What You'll Bring • High school diploma or GED • Two or more years of experience in operations, dispatching, customer service, office administration, or a related role • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications • Experience in the garage door, construction, home services, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or a similar service industry • Experience with ServiceTitan or another field service management software • Dispatching and technician scheduling experience • Inventory management experience • Experience processing invoices, payments, or accounts receivable
