Payroll Manager

Job TitleMUST HAVES5+ years of multi-state payroll experience, including experience supporting employees across multiple office locations/statesHands-on UKG payroll experienceExperience administering, configuring, troubleshooting, and/or optimizing UKG payroll/timekeepingProven experience evaluating existing payroll systems and maximizing system capabilities rather than simply processing payrollExperience improving or automating manual payroll processes and reportingStrong payroll reporting/data experience, including ExcelExperience working with the nuances of California payrollPrevious leadership/people management experience, including the ability to proactively address performance concerns and coach/manage an employee through improvementAssociate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fieldRange: $100k-125kThis is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
