Immediate Need | High-Impact Role Supporting Sales Finance & Planning A well-established, global organization is seeking a Senior Sales Financial Analyst to support critical sales reporting and planning functions during a temporary leave of absence. This role sits within a collaborative FP&A team and offers strong visibility across multiple business units. About the Opportunity This position plays a key role in sales reporting, forecasting, and planning activities, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive business decisions. The team is highly collaborative, well-structured, and supported by strong documentation and internal processes.Note: This opportunity is open to W2 candidates only — C2C arrangements will not be consideredKey ResponsibilitiesLead sales reporting and “flash” reporting during close cycles (Day 1 and Day 3 deliverables) Build and maintain financial models in Excel to support sales forecasting and planning Extract and analyze data from systems (including Hyperion / Vsales) Support sales planning, budgeting, and ad hoc analysis (e.g., product mix, ASP changes) Partner closely with sales, FP&A, and cross-functional stakeholdersTranslate large datasets into actionable insights for leadershipRequired QualificationsProven experience as a Senior Financial Analyst / Sales Finance AnalystAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex modeling) Strong business partnering experience, particularly with sales teams Experience working across multiple teams and stakeholdersHands-on experience with financial modeling and forecastingSystems experience: Power BI, Hyperion (or similar planning tools), data warehouse environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting sales planning / commercial finance functionsExposure to Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or Power BIBackground in life sciences or medical device industriesExperience within global organizations (Japanese company exposure a plus)Naturally analytical, inquisitive, and detail-oriented mindset Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
