Temp Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for a long-term temporary assignment in Commack, NY. This individual will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across a variety of positions and partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be proficient with either Greenhouse or Workday ATS.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruiting channels
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS
- Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to stakeholders
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment processes as needed
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or corporate environment
- Hands-on experience with Greenhouse or Workday is required
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting professional, administrative, corporate, or operational hiring
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
