LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp opportunity, located in Hauppauge, NY. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings through offer stage for a diverse portfolio of positions. Handle a high-volume requisition load, including administrative, revenue cycle, technical support, project management, and field-based roles. Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines to ensure continuous talent availability for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, provide recruiting guidance, and drive hiring decisions. Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates aligned with position requirements and company culture. Utilize Greenhouse ATS to manage candidate activity, maintain recruiting data, and track hiring progress. Coordinate recruitment efforts across multiple office locations throughout the United States. Provide regular updates to HR leadership and hiring managers regarding search progress, market conditions, and hiring challenges. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a positive candidate experience. Transition candidates to the HR team upon acceptance and onboarding initiation.
