Remote Human Resources Assistant

A company is looking for a Human Resources Assistant - Remote. Key Responsibilities Administer day-to-day HR operations for personnel supporting government contracts Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and support corporate recruiting efforts Maintain accurate employee records and support implementation of HR policies and procedures Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in an HR Assistant or similar role Experience supporting federal contracts (VA, DoD, or similar agencies) preferred Experience with HRIS systems and Applicant Tracking Systems Familiarity with SCA, FAR, DFARS, and compliance audits preferred
