This strategic role serves as the primary liaison for assigned clients, addressing both technical escalations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, collaborative, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical clients, serving as their primary point of contact for Charles IT.Serve as the lead point of contact and as an internal and external escalation point for your client baseAnalyze clients' needs and develop a road map to bring clients to best practicesServe as a mentor and leader of your technical team; Cross-train your technical team members on client infrastructureEnsure accuracy of technical solutions proposed by your teamEnsure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to clients' business needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of initiatives through recurring client meetingsMaintain customer documentationOther duties as assigned
