How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

Locate and notify responsible parties of delinquent accounts to collect payment.

• Receive and post payments to proper accounts.
• Prepare statements and report for credit department.
• Initiate payment plans or collection procedures against responsible party. May refer accounts to collection agency.
• Maintain record of collections and status of accounts.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
