Blue Chip Talent , in partnership with a financial services organization, is seeking a skilled Skip Recovery Agent . This role is responsible for managing post-charge-off accounts, communicating with customers to support recovery efforts, and coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors to maximize account resolution. The ideal candidate has strong collection phone experience, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Job Duties Manage a portfolio of post-charge-off accounts through various stages of the recovery process Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding payments, reinstatements, payoffs, voluntary surrenders, and redemption requests Assign and monitor accounts with third-party recovery and repossession vendors Update customer and account information accurately within internal systems Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to support recovery activities Research account information and verify customer data using approved resources Assist with recovery-related legal processes, including account documentation and coordination Respond to customer, vendor, and internal inquiries via phone and email Skills & Experience Required: High School Diploma or GED Previous collections or high-volume customer service phone experience Experience handling inbound and outbound customer calls Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Experience working within multiple computer systems or mainframe environments Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry and account documentation Ability to prioritize and manage a high-volume workload Bachelor's Degree Auto finance or financial services collections experience Experience supporting recovery, repossession, or asset recovery processes Familiarity with account research and verification tools Experience working with third-party vendors or collection agencies We offer industry-leading benefits options and are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) that values merit-based recruitment centered around technical ability, skillset, and alignment with our employing partners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
