The Dawn Hill Home for Rehab and Healthcare, located in beautiful Bristol, RI, is currently seeking a highly motivated Nursing Home Administrator to join our reputable senior care facility. As the Nursing Home Administrator at Dawn Hill, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

Requirements:

• Must be Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Rhode Island

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

• Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or related senior leadership position.

• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards in Rhode Island.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, resources, and budgets.

• Empathetic and patient-centric approach to caregiving and customer service.

• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology and software applications relevant to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to our dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services.

• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as adherence to industry standards and best practices.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.

• Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency and maintain a positive work culture.

• Manage the facility's budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community to maintain a supportive and engaging living environment.

• Oversee admissions and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for new residents and maintaining effective communication with families.

• Champion quality improvement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in care and services.

• Handle any concerns or complaints from residents or their families with empathy and professionalism.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and advancements in senior care to ensure the facility remains at the forefront of care services.
