What You’ll Do Conduct in-home consultations to understand the homeowner’s shower remodel needs and recommend the right solution. Present the company, materials, and design options in a clear, professional way. Prepare accurate, to-the-penny quotes during the consultation. Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and address questions or concerns. Build trust with clients and deliver a positive, professional experience in every home. Take accurate measurements needed for the remodel. Document customer interactions and keep sales records up to date. Stay knowledgeable about our products, process, and industry trends. Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience in in-home sales or home improvement sales. Strong closing ability with a proven track record of high sales performance. Preferred backgrounds include: Bathroom remodeling, Windows, Roofing, Siding, Doors, Exterior remodeling, Other home improvement industries. Experience generating $2M+ in annual sales preferred.
