As a remote employee based in Aurora, Colorado, you will have the ability to work from the comfort of your home while remaining engaged with a supportive team dedicated to serving mental health needs. Our flexible scheduling accommodates both 4x10 and 5x8 shifts between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm, Monday through Friday, ensuring a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups facing a variety of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health information relevant to treatment.

• Evaluate and effectively treat problems related to behavioral and mental health, utilizing evidence-based methodologies within your scope of practice.

• Design and coordinate programs and activities aimed at addressing clients' social and emotional needs, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet individual requirements.

• Manage cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases, providing short-term crisis resolution solutions and facilitating access to community resources.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships based on respect, acceptance, and trust with clients, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of treatment services provided and adjust care plans as necessary to maximize client outcomes.

• Document client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and other case-related information in compliance with established protocols.

• Maintain an organized caseload, ensuring documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and timely reflecting the services provided.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and may be assigned additional responsibilities based on organizational needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with depression, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, substance abuse, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required.

• Must possess a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 and USD 104,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise.
