Strategic HRBP Director, Product & Growth

Western Digital is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to partner with executives in our Product Organization, reporting to the VP, HRBP for Product. This hybrid role is based in San Jose, CA, with in-person collaboration three days a week. You will serve as a trusted advisor, talent strategist, and change agent supporting growth, transformation, and a high-performance culture across Product and Engineering.
