We are looking for a licensed real estate professional who wants to develop the skills necessary to build a listing focused business while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to become stronger at prospecting, creating appointments, maintaining relationships, and identifying potential sellers.

You will spend time developing new opportunities through outbound conversations, incoming inquiries, database follow up, and lead nurturing. The goal is to help you become comfortable starting meaningful real estate conversations, understanding client motivation, and knowing when and how to move a potential opportunity toward an appointment.

As your skills develop, you will gain greater exposure to seller conversations and the activities that lead to listing business. You will learn how experienced agents stay connected with prospective clients, organize their pipeline, follow up at the right time, and build relationships before someone is ready to make a move.

Coaching, mentorship, and established systems will provide structure as you improve your communication, appointment setting, organization, and sales skills. Rather than focusing only on inside sales, this opportunity provides a pathway for applying those skills toward becoming a productive Listing Agent and creating your own book of business.

Compensation:

$125,000+ at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele
• Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
• Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
• Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process
• Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Real estate license or pursuing required
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car

• Real estate license required in order to speak with potential clients and earn commissions
• Sales experience
