Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, providing you with the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering quality care from the comfort of your own home. As a member of our outpatient office team, you will engage with patients in a virtual setting, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline communication and documentation. While typically operating Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, some evening hours may be necessary to accommodate patient needs, allowing for an adaptable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of individuals seeking help for substance use disorders, identifying their needs and treatment goals.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based therapeutic frameworks, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position will focus on individuals experiencing substance use disorders, ranging from early recovery to those in need of ongoing support. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• Thorough understanding of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment methodologies, and recovery-oriented practices.

• Proven experience in delivering individual and group therapy focused on addiction recovery.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to patient interactions.

• Strong ability to maintain professional boundaries and ensure patient confidentiality in all practices.

• Familiarity with EHR systems and proficiency in utilizing various computer applications for patient documentation.
