Entry Level Appointment Setter

TerraStream Energy | In-Person Field Sales | Full-Time | Performance-Based Take Your Sales Experience to the Next Level Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys meeting customers face-to-face, starting conversations, and generating new business? TerraStream Energy is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to join our growing field sales team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales, customer acquisition, canvassing, retail, telecommunications, solar, HVAC, or another customer-facing sales environment. As an Appointment Setter, you'll connect directly with homeowners, learn about their needs, introduce TerraStream Energy's solar and HVAC solutions, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team. If you're confident approaching new customers, comfortable working in the field, and motivated by measurable results, we'd like to hear from you. What You'll Do Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods through face-to-face conversations. Introduce TerraStream Energy's solar and HVAC solutions professionally and confidently. Ask effective questions to understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities. Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective customers. Qualify prospects based on established criteria. Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team. Maintain consistent daily prospecting and appointment-setting activity. Follow up with prospects as needed. Track customer interactions and appointment activity accurately. Work toward individual and team performance goals. Represent TerraStream Energy professionally in every customer interaction. Apply feedback and coaching to continuously improve sales performance. What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced sales professional who is comfortable prospecting and engaging customers in person. Successful candidates will have: Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, canvassing, or business development. Strong face-to-face communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence approaching and speaking with new customers. Experience qualifying prospects and identifying sales opportunities. The ability to handle objections and rejection professionally. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. A self-motivated, goal-oriented approach to work. The ability to work independently while contributing to a team. A professional and positive attitude. A willingness to learn and apply coaching. Experience in solar, HVAC, telecommunications, home improvement, roofing, or other field sales environments is a plus.
