Sales Manager

Job Description Job Description Description: Reports to President/CEO Position Summary The Sales Manager is responsible for developing and leading Kilter's Sales Team across all Termite and Pest Control branches, specifically covering the area from Long Beach/LA County to San Diego County . This role drives revenue growth, exceeds sales targets, supports Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, and fosters a positive, high-performance work environment. Compensation: $80,000-$90,000 annually, plus bonus (commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities * Provide strategic direction and support to Inspectors and Yearly Control staff, promoting exceptional customer service. * Analyze regional market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. * Design and implement training programs focused on process improvement and employee development. * Ensure compliance with sales processes and training standards to promote consistent performance. * Collaborate with Branch leadership to evaluate current training programs, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. * Evaluate branch performance and individual Termite Sales Inspectors. * Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports. * Proactively identify challenges and recommend timely solutions. * Introduce innovative sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. * Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. Requirements: * Minimum of 7 years of experience in a service-based industry, including leadership roles. * At least 5 years of experience in sales management. * 5+ years of direct or outside sales experience (BR 3FR License preferred). * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. * Highly motivated, fast learner, and resourceful. * Safety-sensitive position. * Must pass a company background check. * Must pass substance abuse screening. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
