We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours. Local Team Collaboration: Join a team of 30 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers at Clovis Community Medical Center. Qualifications: Ability to work well in a team-based environment, focusing on collaboration and patient-centered care. Board Certified/board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine. New grads are welcome to apply. Flexible Scheduling: Nocturnist hours are 7 pm - 7 am. Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. This is a full or part-time nocturnist position. Key Responsibilities: Provide inpatient care in a closed ICU environment. Focus on cross-covering and admissions, alongside several other nocturnists and a night Advanced Practice Provider. Procedures are not required. Be part of the Rapid Response team for your patients. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required. Focus on delivering high-quality care while benefiting from a flexible schedule, allowing for time with family, friends, and personal interests. Work closely with hospital colleagues across departments, serving on committees and contributing to hospital-wide initiatives like reducing hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). Utilize Epic EMR system.
