About the Position

Job Title

Medical/Surgical Telemetry Registered Nurse

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 36 Hours per Week | Rotating Days/Evenings/Nights | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 24-bed Medical Cardiology unit
• Interpret telemetry strips and monitor cardiac rhythms continuously
• Administer and manage cardiac drips per unit protocol
• Deliver post-catheterization care including management of PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation patients
• Perform TR Band and femoral approach post-procedure care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a strong cardiac nursing background
• Demonstrated ability to interpret telemetry strips and perform cardiac drips
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a travel nurse

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with post-cath care including PCI, ICD, PPM, and ablation procedures
• Familiarity with TR Band management and femoral approach post-procedure protocols
