ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative with Jake Stanley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Newnan, GA.
• Our office is open 8:00am-6:00pm.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a second generation State Farm agent.
• We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
• We have 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
