Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth virtual psychosocial assessments to identify client strengths, needs, and areas for intervention.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, employing methodologies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure integration of care that promotes clients' overall wellness and treatment adherence.
• Advocate for clients by facilitating access to community resources, social services, and each client's unique support network.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services to diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and constructing effective treatment plans.

Preferred Experience
