Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individualized therapy, as well as family and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities that include cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused approaches, and trauma-informed care.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring seamless coordination of care and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention support, risk assessments, and safety planning to address immediate client needs and ensure their ongoing safety.

• Maintain detailed records in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurately reflects client progress and treatment.

• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation programs, enriching the therapeutic experience and building community among clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
