This is a full-time position with the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your home or from our outpatient office in Edison, NJ. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to better understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and execute personalized treatment plans with clear, achievable goals.

• Facilitate therapeutic interventions that promote healing and resilience, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.

• Lead engaging group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes designed to enhance clients’ therapeutic journeys.

• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning for clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, adhering to ethical and legal standards.

• Continuously evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of treatment strategies and adjust plans as necessary to optimize client outcomes.

Your work will primarily involve clients from various backgrounds, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and past trauma.
