IT Support Technician

Salary: $52,000 - 52,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or equivalent.
• We are looking for at least 2 years of IT support experience.
• An associate degree or technical certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
• We need experience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and endpoint management tools.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals, printers, and mobile device support is important.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications is required.
• Prior experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral devices is needed.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities are essential.
• The ability to prioritize work and manage multiple support requests is necessary.

• We provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, network, and user account issues.
• We install, configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
• We troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly and professionally.
• We manage user accounts, including password resets, account setup, and onboarding and offboarding tasks.
• We maintain and update IT documentation, procedures, and knowledge base content.
• We track and administer IT equipment inventory and technology assets.
• We support technology projects such as system upgrades, migrations, deployments, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• We escalate complex issues when needed and collaborate with internal and external support teams.
• We perform other assigned duties as needed.
