Responsibilities for a Credit Quality Analyst include but are not limited to: Identify, analyze, and escalate quality assurance findings while ensuring timely communication across multiple management levels Partner with business teams and risk partners to enhance process controls, identify gaps, and drive remediation efforts Utilize analytical skills and risk management expertise to assess adherence to policies, procedures, and control frameworks Build strong cross-functional relationships and support global risk management initiatives while promoting a culture of compliance Candidates for Credit Quality Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum of 2+ years (entry-level) to 5+ years (advanced role) of experience in banking, mortgage, or credit-driven operations Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of risk management, quality assurance, and control frameworks within financial services Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings and influence stakeholders Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Syndicated Loans or Loan IQ systems Background in Quality Assurance, Audit, or Compliance Familiarity with credit products, loan documentation, and banking regulations What's in this Credit Quality Analyst position for you?
