Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic activities aimed at supporting individuals and families. You will:

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, working closely with couples to navigate their relationships while also conducting sessions with each partner separately.

• Assess and diagnose mental health disorders in a holistic manner, addressing complex family dynamics and interpersonal relationships.

• Develop personalized treatment plans targeting issues such as grief and loss, addiction, family conflicts, job-related stress, and adjustment challenges stemming from separation or divorce.

• Utilize evidence-based methodologies to facilitate effective communication among family members, helping them build stronger relationships.

• Document patient interactions accurately and comprehensively, maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client focus will include a diverse range of individuals and families, including adults, children, and adolescents facing various challenges. The issues you will work with may range from addiction and abuse to family dynamics and critical life transitions, allowing you to make a substantial impact in your clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Mindful Cascade Echos Health Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 – $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, our benefits package includes:
