Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will engage in a variety of therapeutic activities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for couples and families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples, while also providing individual therapy sessions to each partner as necessary.

• Address a range of emotional and psychological issues including but not limited to:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce
\n
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices and tools to enhance client outcomes.

• Document client progress and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies.
\n
• Participate in regular clinical team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
