Background Screening & Compliance Specialist

Apex Systems is seeking a Background Check Specialist in Tampa, FL to manage end-to-end background screenings and onboarding workflows for employees and contingent workers. You will coordinate screenings, review results, and apply adjudication guidelines in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with Compliance, Legal, HR, and Talent Acquisition to ensure timely and compliant onboarding, maintain audit trails, and drive process improvements while upholding company standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apex Systems
