Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized Marketing Program Manager to provide temporary coverage during a leave of absence. This role partners with Business Line Marketing, Regional Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to drive strategic marketing initiatives, develop customer-centric content, and ensure seamless execution of key business programs. The ideal candidate has strong project management, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills within a global matrix organization. Responsibilities Lead strategic marketing initiatives supporting the Cancer Care Narrative (CCN) and marketing transformation efforts. Coordinate cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and manage workshops and governance meetings. Maintain project plans , timelines, action logs, resource plans, and approval workflows. Track milestones, identify risks, resolve roadblocks, and provide leadership status updates. Prepare executive presentations and ensure clear, actionable communications. Drive operational excellence while managing multiple concurrent projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing , program management , project management , or communications . Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix environment. Strong stakeholder management , executive communication , and influencing skills. Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint , Excel , Microsoft Teams , and SharePoint . Preferred: Experience in healthcare , medtech , or life sciences , with knowledge of clinical evidence , value propositions , and customer-centric marketing . #J-18808-Ljbffr Conflux Systems
