Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse / Customer Service Representative for a well-established landscaping supply company in the Madison area. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of customer interaction and hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

If you like staying active, helping customers, and being part of a growing operation, this could be a great fit.

Pay: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers at the service counter and provide product information and support
Enter customer orders accurately into the system
Answer incoming calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiries
Assist with inventory management, stocking, and organizing materials
Load/unload trucks and help prepare orders for pickup or delivery
Operate within the warehouse to support daily operations
Occasionally drive materials locally (if applicable)
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or service desk experience preferred
Comfortable using computers and systems (Excel experience a plus)
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior warehouse or material handling experience is a plus
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, standing, twisting)
Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn
