Senior Manager, Parkinson's Account Manager - Chicago, IL

AbbVie seeks a Senior Manager for its Parkinson's Disease franchise in the Chicago-midwest region. The role involves leading a team of 6-8 account executives, building strategic relationships with neurologists and specialists, and driving sales of approved movement disorder products while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team of 6-8 Account Executives across Chicago, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, and Minnesota
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Movement Disorder Specialists, Neurologists, and healthcare providers
- Create and implement account strategies to increase product education and drive sales achievement
- Represent AbbVie at neurology conferences, patient advocacy events, and community programs
- Monitor market and clinical developments specific to Parkinson's Disease and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field
- Advanced analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to develop and execute strategies in response to market opportunities
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass drug screening and safe driving requirements
- HCIR credentialing eligibility including background checks and immunization requirements
