Responsibilities Answer customer inquiries with accurate, timely information about insurance policies Handle policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage changes accurately Resolve service issues with patience and professionalism Identify coverage gaps and service needs during reviews Follow up consistently to support customer loyalty and retention Maintain accurate customer records in the agency system Qualifications An engaging phone manner and the ability to communicate with confidence Driven to keep outreach going day after day without being told Two or more years of State Farm agency experience is a must Must hold active Property & Casualty and Life/Health licenses; unlicensed applications cannot be considered Must be able to keep Minnesota (Central Time) business hours Fast, reliable internet and a distraction-free home office setup A positive teammate who takes coaching well Benefits Base salary plus performance-based commission SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with employer match Health insurance Life insurance Disability insurance Paid time off (vacation, sick, and personal days) Paid company holidays Clear career advancement paths Pay range: $40,000-$60,000 per year This range reflects expected total compensation—including base salary, commissions, and bonuses—when performance goals are met.
