Strengthen Coverage. Grow the Book.The Eldion Pajollari Agency is hiring a Customer Retention Specialist who leads with service and builds growth through trusted relationships. This role is centered on client care, renewals, and account management — with clear expectations to identify in-book sales opportunities that strengthen coverage and improve retention.
