If you are motivated by goals and want your income tied directly to your performance, this is your opportunity.Pennsylvania Licensing RequirementsThis position must meet Pennsylvania Insurance Department requirements.An active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license is required prior to starting in the office.If not currently licensed, you must obtain your Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license before Day 1.A Pennsylvania Life, Accident & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of your start date.Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided to help you complete the process successfully.Role OverviewAs an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is driving agency growth. You will proactively generate new business, maximize cross-sell opportunities within the existing book, and conduct consultative policy reviews that lead to increased protection and increased revenue.
