Customer Success Advisor

Owning the economic buyer relationship across a portfolio of enterprise accounts, the full-time Customer Value Advisor will drive value realization and executive engagement while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage the economic buyer relationship from initial forecast through renewal, ensuring continuity across the customer lifecycle Build and maintain executive-level relationships, conducting regular business reviews that connect customer outcomes to their Planview investment Identify and drive expansion opportunities, partnering with Account Executives to generate and advance a qualified pipeline Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a strategic Customer Success Manager or account executive managing $250K+ ACV deal sizes Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to engage in C-suite conversations and drive decisions Experience delivering or participating in value realization reviews or executive business reviews Commercial instinct for identifying expansion opportunities during customer conversations Management consulting or Value Engineering experience at a peer SaaS company is a strong plus
