Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, identifying individual needs and challenges that inform treatment decisions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques, during individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Regularly monitor clients' progress through standardized assessments and therapeutic feedback, adapting treatment approaches as needed to enhance client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring safety and stabilization through timely interventions.

• Maintain accurate and secure client records, strictly adhering to HIPAA compliance and ethical guidelines to protect client confidentiality and privacy.

• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to offer a comprehensive approach to care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
