What You'll Do Greet customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process Write repair orders and clearly communicate service needs Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience, preferred Polished and professional with strong focus on customer satisfaction Strong communication skills-both verbal and written Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience. CDK experience, a plus! Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers Ability to work well in a team environment. Outstanding attention to detail Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record Total Rewards The estimated annual earning range for this position is($66,000 to $120,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability"). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
