Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments within our medium to large-sized teams. This position is responsible for coordinating all shipping activities, receiving and inspecting goods for quality, and safely operating equipment to maintain the flow of warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipping schedules and documentation
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Operate forklift and other warehouse machinery safely
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shipping and receiving areas
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving
- High school diploma or equivalent
