Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic finance team at our Bayfront Park office. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in QuickBooks and a solid understanding of core accounting functions including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities Process and manage invoices with accuracy and timeliness Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Reconcile bank statements and assist with month-end closing Maintain organized financial records and documentation Support the accounting team with audits and reporting tasks Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards Qualifications Proven experience using an accounting system in a professional setting 5+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping Strong understanding of AP/AR processes and general ledger entries Excellent organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred This is an onsite role based in our Bayfront Park office (Zip Code 33131) Additional Information Collaborative team culture with opportunities for growth Fast-paced, professional setting in the heart of Miami’s financial district #J-18808-Ljbffr
