About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative , you’ll serve as the face of our company—meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and helping them design bath solutions that match their vision and budget.

This is a dynamic outside sales role where you’ll leverage modern tools and technology to guide customers through the design and purchasing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver our proprietary sales presentation using an iPad
• Attend ongoing weekly sales training to refine your skills
• Design customized bath solutions using our software
• Provide accurate pricing and confidently close sales
• Build rapport with homeowners and deliver an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous in-home sales experience (home improvement experience is a plus)
• Reliable transportation and residence local to the Boise area
• Confidence presenting to homeowners and closing sales
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Outgoing and personable with a strong customer focus

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential
• Typical earnings range from $100,000
