Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their needs, goals, and mental health status.

• Develop and administer personalized treatment plans using evidence-based techniques tailored to individual client needs.

• Monitor and document client progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal care outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals when needed.

• Engage with clients in individual counseling sessions, utilizing effective therapeutic techniques to address their specific challenges.

• Maintain an ethical and compliant practice, adhering to all relevant regulatory guidelines and best practices in counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on women aged 35 to 55, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, midlife transitions, relationship dynamics, and stress management. You will have the opportunity to empower clients through tailored interventions that help them navigate their unique challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, demonstrating the ability to manage diverse client needs effectively.

• A strong understanding of the ethical and legal issues related to counseling practices.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a remote team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
