Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with emotionally struggling adults, specifically those with lower acuity needs who are motivated to improve their mental well-being. All clients receive thorough screenings prior to scheduling sessions, allowing for focused therapeutic interventions that align with their current situation and emotional stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent license in one of the following areas: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - licensing must not be provisional and free from disciplinary actions.

• Demonstrated computer literacy and comfort with technology to facilitate teletherapy and documentation processes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
