Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a thorough assessment of clients through the formulation of individualized therapy strategies and evaluations tailored to meet their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, incorporating techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to deliver high-quality care.

• Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client welfare, addressing both psychological and social dimensions of health.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation for all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and training to remain current with the latest mental health trends and research advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your empathy and understanding will play crucial roles in establishing rapport and trust within a safe space where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences and difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, showcasing your ability to deliver effective mental health interventions.

• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards within the mental health profession.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to connect with diverse clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, dependent on your experience and caseload. In addition to monetary compensation, our benefits package includes dental, vision, and health insurance coverage, malpractice insurance acquisition, and numerous client referrals to support your caseload. Furthermore, our office provides assistance with billing and documentation, allowing you to focus more on client care rather than administrative tasks.
