The Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and products according to established procedures, work instructions, and quality standards. We are looking for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and willing to learn new skills. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is preferred, but candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Schedule Available: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pmWho We're Looking For: We're seeking dependable and motivated individuals who take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail. The ideal Assembler will be comfortable working with small parts and hand tools, following detailed instructions, and working in a manufacturing environment. Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or mechanical experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.Essential Functions:Assemble products and components according to work instructions and established proceduresUse hand tools and basic assembly equipment to complete Assembler production tasksInspect components and finished assemblies for quality and proper fitFollow detailed instructions, drawings, and production specificationsPerform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining accuracy and productivityIdentify damaged, defective, or improperly assembled componentsComplete required production documentation and recordsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all company safety and quality proceduresWork closely with team members to meet production goalsPerform other related duties as assigned by managementExperience & Necessary Skills:Previous manufacturing, production, Assembler, or warehouse experience preferredMechanical or electronic assembly experience is a plusAbility to use basic hand toolsStrong attention to detailAbility to read, follow, and understand written and verbal instructionsGood hand-eye coordination and manual dexterityAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamBasic computer skills preferredAbility to maintain consistent quality while working in a production environmentDependable with good attendanceWillingness to learn new processes and skillsIf this Assembler position sounds like a good fit for you, please submit your resume today!About Job Store StaffingJob Store Staffing is dedicated to the belief that successful job placement goes beyond mere skills matching.
