William Raveis Insurance is seeking a dynamic Insurance Producer to expand and maintain existing relationships Westchester County and NYC metro and capitalize on embedded leads from Real Estate and Mortgage. As a professional in Personal Lines Insurance, your talents will join ours in our commitment to providing our customers with quality products and outstanding service which will contribute to our remarkable 20% growth over the past 5 years. This is a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task & the flexibility to meet shifting priorities are critical to success. We are affiliated with New England's largest real estate company (over 4,400 agents) as well as a mortgage company, the property insurance leads are abundant.

Summary:

Sell home, auto, umbrella, and specialty lines for high-value clients to affluent households across Westchester County and the NYC metro. Leads come in through warm introductions from our 4,400+ William Raveis real estate agents and in-house mortgage bankers, in addition to your established sphere of influence. Earn a fixed salary with generous benefits, plus unlimited monthly commission. Own a consultative sales process in a luxury environment where discretion and service excellence matter.

Essential Functions:

• Develop new business by working with our family of real estate agents and mortgage brokers and seek opportunities to expand existing business from an active pipeline of leads to develop into clients.
• Promote and sell William Raveis Insurance Company’s complete line of products and services, including homeowner’s and auto insurance to clients and customers.
• Network and nurture business partnerships and opportunities with clients, both internal and external.
• Educate prospective customers on their insurance coverage options.
• Assess clients’ current insurance policies recommend additional coverage to meet their goals and objectives.
• Develop new opportunities to grow and expand business within our Raveis family of companies which has 4,400+ real estate agents and in-house mortgage bankers.
• Maintain and nurture an assigned pipeline of active customers and prospects.
• Meet conversion goals as established by the hiring manager.
• Be able to navigate and pivot shifting priorities in a fast-paced business environment.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales & service with preference given to applicants with P&C product experience in New York.
• Ability to travel to local offices for in-person meetings

We offer a fixed salary and generous benefits, along with unlimited monthly commission.
