Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a variety of important responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health conditions and establish individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities tailored to meet the unique needs and preferences of your clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation and records to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards, while minimizing administrative burdens by utilizing efficient electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team—comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals—to ensure holistic care and optimal patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular peer consultation meetings to discuss challenging cases, share insights, and continuously improve clinical practices and patient care strategies.

• Providing education and resources to patients and their families about mental health issues and available services within the community, empowering them to make informed decisions about their treatment.

• Staying abreast of the latest research, trends, and best practices in the mental health field to enhance your clinical expertise and application of new knowledge in practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and adjustment disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
